Key Customer Support Specialist
Your responsibilities:
  • Building successful customer loyalty and customer care;
  • Regular checking and updating of the customer account;
  • Participation in telephone conferences and, if necessary, arrangement of customer visits to strengthen the customer relationship;
  • Regular checking of the customer account in order to make operational processes more effective;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and the best possible results in close partnership with our sales team and cooperation with other internal departments;
  • Ensuring confidential processing of customer data and company information in accordance with company policies.
Our requirements:
  • Excellent Polish proficiency, English B2/C1 level ( 70 % communication in Polish, 30 % in English), additional language skills are an advantage;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Willingness to work in hybrid model – 3 days a week in Warsaw office and 2 days at home;
  • Independent working methods and the ability to manage and prioritise work;
  • Preferably an understanding of the Cards industry with special knowledge of the acquiring arena;
  • Strong organizational, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills;
  • High flexibility and ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers;
  • Careful processing of customer enquiries and submission of concrete proposals for solutions;
  • Safe handling of MS Office and common PC applications.
