Accenture Operations  provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

Job Description:
  • Own OTC process end to end and ensure it is clear, documented, compliant to Accenture and Client requirements and understandable for teams
  • Drive end to end process changes related to implementation of new tools, delivering to account or client strategy (including quantification of benefits and validation of cost to serve assumptions)
  • Develop new projects to drive continuous improvement and cost to serve
  • Serve as change manager of Client driven project implementations for Accenture team and account Leadership
  • Assure continuous standardization of the process and seek for automation opportunities
  • Review and provide recommendations on process specific Change Requests planned due to contract expansion or process/way of working changes
  • Assure green Service Level Agreements and increasing quality through proposed process changes
  • Build relationship with Client stakeholders
  • Work across many functional teams at Accenture and Client
  • Manage effective and structured communication across the teams
  • Provide leadership and direction in the development and alignment to Accenture and industry best practices for OTC
  • Provide regular updates on projects ongoing and planned both to Accenture and to the Client
Job Qualifications:
