The position is located in our Szczecin office and is part of the GO Finance organization, which supports operations by improving financial agendas and reporting on Global Operations. This includes financials related to Coloplasts innovation, logistics, and production activities - covering inventory and investment financials.

As our new Controlling Analyst, youll be part of the Global Costing & Inventory Team within the Controlling Team. Youll oversee the direct cost update process and report product cost changes to a variety of stakeholders within the company.
In addition, you will provide financial support to other functional areas, including:
- Manufacturing – Collaborate with plant controllers and production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze their impact, and engage in performance dialogues related to direct variable costs;
- Inventory Control – Investigate inventory adjustments triggered by cost price changes;
- Purchasing – Analyze purchase price variances, monitor material price trends, and provide insights on cost developments to support future pricing strategies;
- Corporate Taxes – Ensure internal pricing aligns with agreed profitability levels.
Your primary responsibility will be managing the global direct cost setup for all Coloplast entities, including direct labor, material costs, internal pricing for inter-company transfers (ICP1, ICP2), and company overheads.
Additional responsibilities:
- Calculating new cost prices;
- Monitoring variances and identifying cost price trends;
- Analyzing and reporting high volumes of data;
- Checking, reporting, and consolidating financial data;
- Managing the annual standard cost updates for all Coloplast Corporate items;
- Driving continuous improvement in controlling processes and identifying areas for optimization.
- Blend of data/technology-related & finance education would be ideal;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Experience working with ERP and BI systems (preferably Oracle JDE, Power BI);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- A structured, methodical approach with the ability to work under pressure;
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex information;
- Collaborative spirit and a focus on teamwork;
- A growth mindset with passion for continuous improvement, always seeking opportunities to enhance processes and drive innovation;
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to utilize tools like Power Query, Power Automate, or similar platforms to automate processes and solve business challenges as a "citizen developer";

- Experience with direct costs in a production company (will be advantage);
- Familiarity with transfer pricing (will be advantage).
