Currently we are looking for:
Financial Analyst
Location: Warszawa
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and review of actuals versus budget and forecast
- Verifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviations
- Preparation of monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
- Preparation of cash flow forecast, consolidation of cash flow forecast for the division
- Support in planning (business plan and rolling forecast): collect inputs, provide additional information for key stakeholders, check data correctness and completeness, understand drivers of change and comment on the key variances
- Developing and implementing of controlling tools
- Supervision of General Ledger process
- Management of month close process on time and good quality
- Support in preparation of Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet
- Participation in monitoring and documenting selected business processes
- Propose and implement process improvements and automation in the area of responsibility
Profiles:
- University degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting area
- Additional professional financial qualification like ACCA, CIMA or equivalent would be a big advantage
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience in similar position
- Practical knowledge of IFRS and controlling processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel, VBA/ SQL knowledge will be welcome
- Commercial acumen, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations and management
- Strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management, building relationship and presentation skills
- Challenge status quo and act as agent of change
- Interpret data, order and assess its value and then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way
- A high degree of personal organization, self-reliance, desire for success and a positive/constructive attitude
Language:
- Polish
- Fluency in English is mandatory
