Financial Controller (Financial Management)
Workpleace: Kraków
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Co-ordinating activities with our external accounting partners and auditors
- Building and maintaining a regular financial reporting structure for management
- Preparation of ad-hoc internal reporting of cash flow, budgets
- Preparation of company budgets,
- Maintaining external contracts
- Booking of consulting hours in customers ERP systems.
- Oversight of collections and cost control
Requirements:
- We are looking for a motivated financial lead with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with a good understanding of accounting practices in Poland and cross-border issues.
- Previous work experience in IT consulting environment is highly appreciated.
- High level of English
- Experience with transfer pricing documentation is essential as well as experience with factoring.
- This is a financial management role and not an accounting role.
- The ideal candidate will also have experience in financial reporting, forward budgeting and cost control for a company with a group structure.
