GBS Projects & Integration Expert

GBS Projects & Integration Expert will be responsible for coordinating GBS-lead Projects and supporting non-GBS-lead Projects.
Type of projects will vary and will be driven by GBS run state strategy - from system integration to process optimization and harmonization initiatives. This role might require training operational resources on any frameworks and tools that P&I department is responsible for.

Main areas of responsibility:
  • Collaborate with and coordinate business process owners through all phases of a project lifecycle.;
  • Coordinate internal resources, both global and local, third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project deliverables in each of the phases;
  • Create project charters, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring functional and technical feasibility;
  • Support BTS & SDC Project Manager in SAP Integration project through all phases;
  • Document Fit-Gap session and coordinate update of relevant GBS documentation and Training Materials;
  • Track progress of GBS deliverables and provide regular progress update using appropriate project management tools and techniques;
  • Execute Change Management activities as per playbook;
  • Work closely with CMC Team during projects and execute any communication indicated by CMC;
  • Work closely with BTS CMC Team to execute relevant CMC activities during implementation projects;
  • Support P&I Lead in preparation of PMO Academy and execution of PMO Trainings;
  • Build Project Management methodology awareness among GBS Delivery teams;
  • Support Portfolio Management Team in reporting resource requirements.
You as a professional:
  • University degree (e.g., in Economics or Business Administration, Engineering or Science);
  • 3-5 years of experience in GBS organization or 2-3 experience in consultancy with proven track of driving process improvements within their area of expertise;
  • Strong level of business acumen of GBS type organization;
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate matrix environment;
  • Enthusiasm and can do attitude;
  • Ability to act both independently and as a part of bigger project team;
  • Experience in coordinating projects - building project chartes, tracking towards completion, identifying and raising risks, collecting relevant information, setting up and facilitating meetings, collating relevant reports etc;
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology (PMI, Prince II certification are not a must but will be an asset);
  • Knowledge of LEAN, SixSigma, Agile principles;
  • Very good command of MS Excel and MS Visio;
  • Knowledge of SAP and experience with UAT will be an asset;
  • Experience with Automation tools will be an asset;
  • Experience with ServiceNow will be an asset;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
