For our client from renewable energy industry, we are currently looking for:
Invoices & Settlement Junior Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Main responsibilities:
- Verification of cost invoices with regard to their contents and the formal point of view,
- Ensure compliance with the company’s cost recognition policies and practices,
- Daily control of workflow and transactional documents authorization process,
- Perform cost related account review and reconciliations,
- Keeping accounting records and reconciling them with the general ledger accounts,
- Perform payments in the business bank accounts,
- General administrative tasks for the finance department,
- Support the process the implementation of workflow systems,
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements under supervision of Chief Accountant,
- Assist with the continuous review improvement of cost systems and business processes,
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of internal controls for the contract to cash cycle and the related internal control compliance process,
- Assist internal and extern
Qualifications:
- Advanced English language skills,
- Basic accounting/tax knowledge (as an asset),
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
- Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills
