Senior Consultant in Transaction Services Team (dedicated to Financial Services sector)

How we create this role in the team:

  • as a Senior Consultant, you will have a chance to participate in the largest  financial due diligence projects for our clients in the USA (focused on the financial services sector)
  • youll be responsible for  the preparation of complex analysis and significant sections of the report for the client, including identification of key-value factors, assessment of actual profitability, and key risks of the analyzed business
  • you’ll be responsible for the preparation of financial due diligence analyzes of companies from various sectors (main focus on financial institutions)

A good candidate should have:

  • min. 3 years of work experience in audit department or transaction services team
  • experience in financial due diligence projects
  • required experience in projects for the Financial Services sector (banking, insurance)
  • excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • fluency in English
  • very good ability to work in a group and experience in project work
  • high independence in action and good organization of work
